ITINERARY

Day 1 – Friday – Transfer from airport to Palermo central where you are greeted by a T.O.A.S.T. representative and check into Via Maqueda, where you will be staying for 1 night.  Afterwards, you can spend the rest of the afternoon and evening strolling the famous Via Maqueda urban promenade. That evening you will enjoy a group welcome dinner reception on us.

Day 2 – Saturday –  Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, at the hotel, there will be a walking tour, guided by Tony, encompassing several historic landmarks, markets, and local experiences. Lunch will be provided for you. That afternoon, you will be transported to Historic Tusa and will check into Medieval Town. There you will be staying 6 nights in a newly renovated apartment. That evening we will gather for an authentic family style dinner at Vincenzo's.

Day 3 – Sunday – We will start the day with a guided walking tour of Medieval city of Tusa (Catholic service is available). After the tour, you will enjoy a light lunch as a group and after lunch enjoy some free time. That afternoon, there will be an interactive cooking experience with Chicho, where you will get to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Day 4 – Monday –In the morning, we will be heading to Santa Anastasia Winery where we will be doing a wine and food pairing tour.   Later in the evening, you will be returning to Tusa for a surprise

Day 5 – Tuesday – Campagna Oil tour experience from the grove to the first press. Afterwards, we will be visiting Santo Stefano the ceramic capital of Sicily. There you will visit a ceramic factory and museum and then have free time and a light lunch on your own.  Later that evening we will be heading to Luogo Marchese an historic agriturismo located in Castelbuono.

Day 6 – Wednesday -  In the morning, we will travel on the local SS113 along the coast to Cefalu where you can spend the day at the beach, shopping, site seeing or hiking La Rocca. Later that evening, you will enjoy dinner at Tusa Marina for some local seafood.

Day 7 – Thursday – We will be having a local picnic. After the picnic, the rest of the day is free, for a relaxing day. Later in the evening in Tusa, we will have a farewell group gathering.

Day 8 – Friday –We will be enjoying a local coastal boating experience in the morning.   We will transfer to Taormina to check into hotel Isabella, where you will be staying for 2 nights where you will have an entire free day with meals on your own.

Day 9 – Saturday – In the morning, breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast, you have a free day to explore the beautiful sites of Taormina. Later in the evening, we will be having a farewell group dinner.

Day 10 – Sunday – After breakfast at the hotel, you are transported to Catania Airport for your departure.
